The December shelf
Christmas films are the most seasonal search on the site, and two of them, Jingle All the Way and The Polar Express, are searched with the Putlocker name all year round. The Christmas collection gathers the December films in one place so nobody has to remember titles at the end of a long day.
The family ones
Home Alone and its sequel, The Polar Express, Elf, Klaus and The Grinch. All rated for the whole room, all in HD, most on several services in most countries in December. Jingle All the Way is the one to open with a child who has never seen Arnold Schwarzenegger chase a toy through a shopping centre, and it holds up.
The grown-up ones
Love Actually for the evening after the children are in bed, The Nightmare Before Christmas for anyone who wants both holidays at once, and Die Hard, which is a Christmas film and the argument is over. Each title page shows the runtime and the rating so the choice takes a minute, not the evening.
Watching on the television
December is when the site is opened on a television more than any other month. The app page covers the Fire TV Stick and casting from a phone; the short version is to open the title on your phone, press Watch now, and cast from the service's app. Set the viewing country once and every Christmas title shows the services carrying it where you are, with the free ad-supported ones listed alongside the subscriptions.
Marking the tradition
Add the December films to My List in November and the shelf is ready when the evening comes. My List keeps until you remove the titles, so next year's list is already made.
