Series first, then seasons, then episodes
Open a series and the page shows the story, the cast, the status (returning, ended or cancelled), the number of seasons and the number of dated episodes, then a row of season links. Each season page lists the episodes in order with the title, the air date and the running time, and a Reached this episode button on every row. Press it and Putlocker remembers the row; My List shows "Your saved place: Season 3, Episode 7" and the season page highlights it the next time you open it.
The long runners are here in full. Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural, The Walking Dead, The Simpsons and Doctor Who each run to hundreds of dated episodes, and the long-running collection gathers every series with more than a hundred.
Searching by episode
Type the series name with a season and episode: "friends s3e17", "game of thrones season 8 episode 3", "doctor who s2 e13". The search narrows to the series that has that episode, the show opens with one tap, and the season page is the next. Episode titles are searchable too once you are on the season page, where the browser's find-in-page does the rest.
New episodes
The new episodes page lists the most recently dated episodes across every series, newest first, with the series name and the date. A show you follow appears there the week its new episode airs. The ongoing collection gathers every series still returning, which is the shelf to open on a Sunday night. An air date is the date the episode first aired; the service you open with Where to watch shows whether it carries that episode in your country yet, and for most current series it does the same day or the day after.
Complete series
A series marked Ended has its whole run listed, first episode to last, which makes the season pages a checklist. Breaking Bad, Lost, Friends, The Office and Prison Break are the ones people restart most. Mark the episode you reach each night, and the place survives a month away.
Where to watch a series
The Where to watch button on every season page opens the series on the services carrying it in the country you chose. Series move between services more than films do, and later seasons sometimes arrive on a second service, so if a season is missing where you are, change the country menu to check, or come back the following week. Streaming, renting and buying are all listed, with the price where there is one.
Anime and animation
Anime series list every episode with its Japanese air date, and the season pages follow the cours the way the fans count them. One Piece runs past a thousand dated episodes and is the longest list on the site. Western animation is here too: South Park, Family Guy, Rick and Morty and Smiling Friends all keep their seasons in order.
